Bible Verses About Courage

27 verses in the King James Version (KJV) and the Berean Standard Bible (BSB)

Courage isn't the absence of fear; it's moving forward anyway. The Bible tells the stories of many reluctant heroes, and the command to "be strong and of a good courage" is usually given to someone who feels anything but. These verses are for job interviews, hard conversations, medical decisions, and any moment that asks more of you than you think you have. Their message is consistent: you won't be facing it alone.
